Status
Description

This status indicates that the quote has been created but has not yet been reviewed or responded to by the customer. It is in the initial stage of the quoting process.
Approved
When the customer agrees to the terms, pricing, and conditions outlined in the quote, the quote status is updated to "Approved." This indicates the customer's intention to proceed with the purchase based on the quoted details.
Negotiated
If there are changes made to the original quote based on customer feedback or negotiations, the quote status can be updated to "Negotiated." This indicates that the quote has been modified and is awaiting the customer's review or response.
Rejected
If the customer decides not to accept the quote or finds it unsatisfactory, they may reject the quote. The quote status is updated to "Rejected" to indicate that the customer does not wish to move forward with the offer.
Completed
When a customer accepts a quote and complete the purchase, the quote status is updated to "Completed" This signifies that the quote has been finalized and transformed into an order within the e-commerce system.
Expired
Quotes often have an expiration date, after which they are no longer valid. When a quote reaches its expiration date without being accepted or rejected, the status is updated to "Expired." This signifies that the quote is no longer valid and needs to be reviewed or reissued if the customer is still interested.
