Companies

Companies representing as B2B users refer to businesses that act as buyers or customers. These B2B companies purchase products, services, or solutions through the e-commerce platform. The experience include managing user accounts, personalized pricing, payment terms, tax exempts, managing orders and more.

New Company​

Adding a company in e-commerce involves incorporating a new business entity as a buyer or customer on an e-commerce platform.

Steps​

  • In DCKAP Commerce admin, go to Companies.

  • From the Products page, click Add Company.

  • Enter a Company name, along with additional details.

  • Click Save.

Edit Company​

When you edit a company, you can make adjustments to an already created company. It allows you to make changes to various aspects of the company.

Steps​

  • In DCKAP Commerce admin, go to Companies.

  • Select Edit under Actions icon.

  • Modify the company details.

  • Click Save.
