Payment and Order Status

Order status refers to the current stage or status of an order in the order fulfillment process. It provides information about the progress and status of the order, helping both the seller and the customer track and understand the whereabouts of the order.

Payment Status

Order payment status refers to the status or condition of the payment associated with an order. It indicates whether the payment for an order has been successfully processed, pending, or encountered any issues.

Status
Description
Unpaid
The payment for the order is still pending or being processed. This status typically occurs when the payment is being reviewed or awaiting verification from the payment gateway.
Paid
The payment for the order has been successfully received, and the transaction is considered finalized.
Partially Paid
The order has been partially paid, indicating that a portion of the payment has been received, but the remaining balance is still pending or needs to be collected.
Authorized
The payment for the order has been authorized, but it has not been captured yet. This status often occurs when a pre-authorization is made to verify funds availability before the actual payment is processed.
Declined
The payment attempt for the order has failed or been declined. This status indicates that the payment transaction was unsuccessful, and alternative payment methods or further action may be required from the customer or the seller.
Refunded
The payment for the order has been refunded to the customer, either partially or in full. This status is typically associated with returns, cancellations, or refund requests.
Partially Refunded
The payment for the order has been partially refunded to the customer. This status is typically associated with partial returns or refund requests.

Order Status

It represents the progress of the order from the time it is placed until it is delivered to the customer. This helps both sellers and customers track and understand the progress of an order's fulfillment journey.

Pending
The order has been received but has not yet entered the fulfillment process. This status indicates that the order is awaiting further action or processing.
Processing
The order is being processed and prepared for shipment. This status signifies that the necessary steps are being taken to fulfill the order, such as picking, packing, and preparing for delivery.
Fulfilled
The order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to the customer's delivery address. The tracking information may be available at this stage.
Partially Fulfilled
Only part of the order has been fulfilled and shipped to the customer. This status indicates that there are remaining items or quantities that are still pending fulfillment.
Restocked
This status indicates that the items originally requested in the order, which couldn't be fulfilled due to unavailability, have been replenished and are now available for purchase.
Cancelled
The order has been canceled by either the customer or the seller. This status indicates that the fulfillment process for the order has been terminated.
