Manage Users

Managing customers in an e-commerce backend is a fundamental aspect of running a successful online store. This includes creating and maintaining customer accounts, securely storing their personal information, and managing their purchase history.

New User

Adding a new customer in an e-commerce platform is a straightforward process typically handled by administrators.

Steps

  • In DCKAP Commerce admin, under Customers -> Users.

  • From the Customers page, click Add Customer.

  • Enter a Customer name, along with additional details.

  • Select the associated company and desired roles.

  • Click Save.

Edit User

When you edit a company, you can make adjustments to an already created company. It allows you to make changes to various aspects of the company.

Steps

  • In DCKAP Commerce admin, under Customers -> Users.

  • Click on Name or Select Edit under Actions icon.

  • Modify the customer details.

  • Click Save.
